BCIL St. Patricks Day Parade 2023

The legends surrounding the life and death of St. Patrick grew as time went on, and these became more prevalent in Irish culture. One of the most popular stories about him is when he explained the Holy Trinity by using a symbol known as a shamrock.

The Blanchardstown St. Patrick’s Day Parade has been returning for two years now since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Bcil’s advocacy for the disabled and support for those in need of independence were demonstrated through the participation in the parade. The presence at the event served as an appropriate tribute to the holiday and highlighted the issue.

Many communities throughout the County celebrated St. Patrick’s Day on March 17. Even though it was raining that day, the festivities continued as usual.
